It's the right call if

Frequently asked questions
Why is the consultation paid?
A free call is not a technical consultation: it is purely commercial. Whoever offers it only gets their time back if you end up buying, so the advice points exclusively towards signing the contract. At the other end, structured agencies sell €500–1,000 audits because several people spend days on them — you're also paying for their overhead. My session sits deliberately in between: €99 covers a prepared hour and a written document, and lets me tell you what's right for you even when it isn't what I sell. And if the project goes ahead, you get it back off the quote anyway.
Is the €99 really credited back?
Yes. If you accept the quote within 60 days of the session, the amount is deducted from the first invoice of the project.
What if I only need a quote?
Use the contact form: a ballpark quote is still free and with no obligation. The strategy session is for when you want to understand what to build and how, not just what it costs.
How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?
You pay by card at booking, through Stripe: the session is confirmed once the payment goes through. You get a proper invoice with the details you provide.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Of course: up to 24 hours before, you can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email, at no cost. After that the session counts as held.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just answer the questions I send before the call. If you have useful material — drafts, analytics, quotes you've received — send it over and I'll go through it beforehand.
Terms
- The price shown is the final price: there are no extra costs. Payment is by card at booking, through Stripe, and the session is confirmed only once payment succeeds. You get a proper invoice.
- You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before, using the link in your confirmation email. After that the session counts as held.
- If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By booking a slot that falls within those 14 days you expressly ask me to perform the service before the period ends: once the session has taken place, the right of withdrawal is exhausted. If you withdraw before the session, I refund the full amount within 14 days.
- If you buy in the course of your business or profession, the right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply.
- The amount is credited against the quote if you accept the proposal within 60 days of the session.
- The document I deliver is yours: you can use it however you like, including to get other quotes.
